Simply put, ‘Yoga’ means to bring together – a bringing together of the body, mind and breath.
A lifetime learner and observer in my own practise, I teach from my experiences. Honestly and openly, with love and individual attention.
I began my yoga journey more than 20 years ago and have been teaching yoga, meditation and breathwork for 15 years.
Inspired by many styles of yoga, I have enjoyed practising and learning with gifted yoga, meditation and spiritual teachers throughout the world including; United Kingdom, Costa Rica, United States, Peru and Australia.
As a passionate advocate for women’s health, education, self-awareness and self enquiry, I enjoy guiding and supporting women to find and own their power and intuition through the remembrance and connection to their innate Womb Wisdom.
